NexteasyTravel acts as a 3rd-party cruise booking agency. All bookings are made with the respective cruise line. By booking through NexteasyTravel, you agree to abide by both our policies and the cruise line’s terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation by Customer
All cancellations must be communicated via email or phone to NexteasyTravel.
Cancellation requests are subject to the cruise line’s cancellation policy, which may include:
Partial refund
Non-refundable deposits
Cancellation fees
Service fees or processing charges applied by NexteasyTravel are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed according to the cruise line’s policies.
NexteasyTravel will assist in submitting refund requests, but the timing and amount of refunds are determined by the cruise line.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Any bank or transaction fees incurred during refund processing are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
4. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify cruise dates, cabin types, or passenger details must be submitted in advance.
Modifications are subject to availability and cruise line approval.
Additional fees may apply for any changes.
5. Force Majeure
NexteasyTravel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by:
Natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.)
Pandemics, health emergencies, or government travel restrictions
Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
Transportation strikes or disruptions
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling are subject to the cruise line’s policies.
